How We Suggest Enjoying Yerba Mate
1x tablespoon loose leaf tea per cup. Splash of cold water (to avoid burning). Topped with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
2x tablespoons per cup. Added with your milk of choice and feel free to sweeten it up (we like it with Maple Syrup).
2x tablespoon per 250ml of cold water (get fancy and add lemon or ginger) then refrigerate for 12 hours, strain and pour over ice.
